What I do
I lead design across all four of Customerly's products: the web app, the mobile app, the Messenger widget and the website, for a support platform bootstrapped to $1M ARR.
Aura, Customerly's AI support agent, is my design, and so are the design system, the flows and the core UX. Then I ship it: the UI goes to production through my own pull requests, reviewed by engineering.
